Raja Yoga Teacher Training

Program Description

Raja Yoga Teacher Training is a balance of study and practice, emphasizing public speaking skills. The focus of the course will be on a detailed study of the most important sutras, but much of the class will focus on showing you how to organize and present a public lecture on these topics. We will also discuss the relationship between Yoga and other major scriptures, and how to incorporate Raja Yoga into all of your classes.

Practice and Teach from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali

The study of Yoga philosophy, known as Raja Yoga, is a comprehensive system for purifying and strengthening all aspects of the individual - physical, mental, social, and spiritual. It is the science of self-mastery, and a guidebook to higher consciousness.
