Workshops

Our workshop series offers classes that are a wonderful complement to our traditional drop-in Hatha Yoga classes. These workshops offer time for questions and answers and individual attention from the teacher. They focus on specific aspects of Hatha Yoga and support for deepening your practice. For example, if you would like some basic instruction in how to meditate, or if you would like to find ways to release tension in your neck and shoulders there is a class here for you. These workshops are offered on a drop-in basis.

Special Guests

We are pleased to welcome special guests to come and teach or perform at the Integral Yoga Institute. Occasionally we will have a special event where reservations are required. If this is the case it will be noted in the description.

Interfaith Holiday Celebrations

The Integral Yoga Institute is an interfaith community open to everyone. We invite you to join us for our holiday celebrations, where we seek universal ways to mark different religious holiday traditions. For example, you can join us for an interfaith service on New Year’s Eve, a vegan Passover Seder, or a vegan Thanksgiving. All are welcome.

Events and Workshops

We offer a variety of classes, workshops and special events in specific aspects of Yoga. These workshops and events offer our students a chance to delve deeper into the Yoga teachings and find ways of practicing that are suitable to their personal needs.
